Complaints Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Our Commitment
At Precision Medical Aesthetics, we are committed to providing safe, professional and high-quality care. We value patient feedback and welcome comments, compliments and suggestions as opportunities to improve our services.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care or treatment, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible so that we can investigate your concerns and work towards a resolution.
Raising a Concern
Many concerns can be resolved quickly and informally through discussion.
If you have a concern regarding your treatment, aftercare or experience, please contact the clinic as soon as possible:
Email: contact@precisionmedicalaesthetics.co.uk
We will acknowledge your concern and endeavour to address it promptly.
Making a Formal Complaint
If you wish to make a formal complaint, please submit your complaint in writing by email.
Please include:
Your full name
Contact details
Date of treatment or appointment
Details of your concern
Any relevant supporting information
What Happens Next?
We aim to:
Acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days.
Investigate the matter thoroughly and fairly.
Provide a written response within 20 working days where possible.
If additional time is required to complete an investigation, we will keep you informed of progress and provide an updated timescale.
Our Approach
All complaints are taken seriously and investigated objectively.
Making a complaint will not affect your future care or treatment.
Our aim is to understand what has happened, identify any lessons to be learned and, where appropriate, put things right.
Treatment Outcomes
All medical aesthetic treatments involve individual variation and results cannot be guaranteed.
A complaint regarding dissatisfaction with treatment outcome will be assessed carefully and reviewed in the context of the consultation process, informed consent, clinical records and any pre-treatment discussions.
Where appropriate, a review appointment may be offered.
Escalating Your Complaint
If you remain dissatisfied following completion of our complaints process, you may seek independent advice from relevant regulatory or professional organisations.
