Deposits, Cancellations and Non-Attendance

Deposits may be required when booking appointments.Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferred where sufficient notice of cancellation is provided.Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may result in loss of deposit.Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in loss of deposit and restriction of future bookings.
